access denied username@ipaddress or usernames@%

This is normally caused by your mysql password / username / sql hostname not being set correctly, OR not being synchronized.

to resolve :

1) Log into your Vistapanel
2) take a note of your mysql username, sql hostname (on the left bar of the VistaPanel), and the full database name
3) using the file manager edit your scripts configuration file that contains the mysql 'connection string' , then ensure that all the information in the configuration file matches the data collected in point 2.
4) check the password in the configuration file matches the password you used to log into your vistapanel

if the above has not helped, then do the following

1) Log into your VistaPanel,
2) Click The 'Change Password' link
3) Chage your password.
4) repeat the steps above with your new password.
